The DevOps Engineer role is part of a highly skilled IT Department that focuses on supporting seamless operational processes, automating workflows, and resolving incidents to maintain uninterrupted system performance.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for internal development teams
• Ensure stability and scalability of infrastructure solutions
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Act as a consultant on DevOps best practices
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for development teams
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Ensure the stability and security of systems
• Maintain the unified development environment solution

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
• Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Solid understanding of security practices
• Strong scripting and programming skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
• Certifications in DevOps are a plus
