In Short

• Perform installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and security implementation of software applications.
• Focus on Windows systems, including Microsoft Office products, Java JRE, and Raytheon EAGLE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Provide support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams.
• On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for local candidates.
• Training will be virtual with telework maximized.
• Future on-site/telework requirements may change based on client direction.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
