The Application System Administrator Lead oversees and supports mission-critical applications and platforms, ensuring they operate effectively while collaborating with various teams to enhance application performance.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of application/platform management, server, OS commands, and SQL.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and think critically.
• Experience with performance analysis and security procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
