Overview

The Senior Staff Hardware Architect will work on projects that shape the hardware underpinning ServiceNow’s global cloud, focusing on shared storage systems.

• Drive hardware enhancements from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Production experience with block-based shared storage systems.
• Experience with NFS, CIFS, and other file storage protocols.
• Working experience with object-based storage protocols (S3).
• Experience with FC/FCoE zoning and datacenter networks.
• Familiarity with major shared enterprise storage vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.
