The GenAI Principal Technical Consultant will leverage AI to enhance workflows and customer experiences, driving successful integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow platform.

• Experience with AI Models and ServiceNow’s AI offerings.
• Knowledge of data management and database concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team talent.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to fix complex code errors.
• Good presentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently.
