Overview

The Senior Solution Sales Account Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows products for the manufacturing sector, engaging assigned accounts and driving new business across the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts.
  • Develop a sales strategy and regional sales plan.
  • Build relationships with C-suite personas.
  • Conduct executive discussions and meetings.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver product demonstrations.
  • Promote outstanding customer experience through clear roadmaps.
  • Lead sales opportunities while collaborating with Core Sales Teams.
  • Present Customer Workflows offerings to prospects and partners.
  • Manage ongoing account relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive new business and revenue streams.

Requirements

  • Location in Texas strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling to the Enterprise Manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in work processes.
  • Proven success in CX solutions sales.
  • Understanding of CRM or CX business processes.
  • Experience leading virtual or matrix teams.
  • Ability to understand macro-level IT needs.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in software or solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
