Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Sr. Manager, Executive Communications & Events to support ServiceNow’s Global President of Customer Operations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends strategic communications, thought leadership, and event management — ensuring the President is fully supported and maximized across every channel and stage.

In Short

  • Drive thought leadership opportunities to amplify the President’s presence.
  • Draft and refine executive-level messaging and presentations.
  • Measure impact using data and feedback to refine strategy.
  • Support planning and execution for major industry forums.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Manage logistics, agendas, and executive schedules for events.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI to enhance work processes and decision-making.
  • Work under tight timelines and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with 7+ years in executive communications or event management.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working directly with senior leaders.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong communicator with influence across teams.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
