• Partner with Chief Transformation Officers to develop differentiated narratives that articulate ServiceNow’s value.
• Lead sessions with Chief Transformation Officers and cross-functional teams to surface customer perspectives and market trends.
• Serve as an internal thought partner, testing new ideas and iterating based on feedback.
• Influence and collaborate with teams across the Transformation Office, Events, and PR/Communications.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects with strategic impact.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting/IT.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow competitive landscapes.
• Experience in executive-level communications and storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
• Experience facilitating workshops or executive-level sessions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter comfortable working in ambiguity.
