Overview

ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team, focusing on building credibility and trust with technical and business leaders in our largest customers.

In Short

• Engage with customer executives to uncover pain points and demonstrate the transformative potential of the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive enterprise architecture and design engagements that align with strategic customer initiatives.
• Shape and communicate a compelling vision connecting customers’ business strategies with the ServiceNow enterprise AI platform.
• Conduct workshops to create customer deliverables that advise on strategy and architecture.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue using the language of customer architects.
• Collaborate internally to integrate customer requirements into proposals and product development.
• Represent ServiceNow in panels and community forums, sharing best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or customer-focused roles.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Expertise in designing advanced architectures and integrating multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
