Senior Business Process Consultant - ServiceNow HR and Workplace Solutions - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant will serve as a functional and process expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow's HR and Workplace Service Delivery solutions.

In Short

• Be the process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal departments using ServiceNow products.
• Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops.
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution functionality.
• Support key customer process owners in obtaining business requirements.
• Draft user stories and manage their lifecycle throughout engagements.
• Guide customers through unit and user-acceptance testing.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process.
• Support sales activities as required.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal operations.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred, including Certified System Administrator.
• Ability to influence and consult in HR and Legal organizations.
• Experience in defining and deploying future-state processes.
• Strong understanding of HR, IWMS, and related systems.
• Experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player.
