Overview

The ServiceNow Security Incident Command team is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to improve the post-incident Recovery lifecycle, directly impacting the security of ServiceNow and its customers.

In Short

• Establish and evolve documentation and processes for MSI Recovery activity.
• Document Recovery findings and analyze incident data for insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on resolution paths for Recovery findings.
• Track status of Recovery items and ensure accountability.
• Report on Recovery item status to senior management.
• Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive Recovery strategies.
• Develop communication channels for timely information sharing.
• Drive improvements in ServiceNow's security posture.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Business System Analyst or similar role in Information Security.
• High motivation for change ownership and driving impact.
• Experience in incident response at a global company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in business process documentation.
• Detail-oriented in managing large complex datasets.
• Familiarity with the security incident response lifecycle.
