In Short

  • Lead Waymo's Incident Response Team to enhance incident management processes.
  • Manage the Incident Commander program for effective incident responses.
  • Ensure alignment on planned responses to various potential events.
  • Oversee the entire incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time as business demands.

Requirements

  • Operational experience in high-impact positions.
  • Experience in incident management and handling off-nominal events.
  • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps in unstructured environments.
  • Maintain calm under pressure.
  • 5+ years in project or product management.
  • Experience briefing executives on complex projects.
