Overview

The Customer Outcomes Senior Business Process Consultant provides processes, built on ServiceNow, to achieve customers' desired outcomes. You will develop expertise related to the processes enabled by the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a professional services organization.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Industry domain expertise in relevant workflows.
• Creativity and ability to run projects independently.
• Experience in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
