Principal Product Success Architect - Remote

Overview

The Principal Product Success Architect will drive customer outcomes and value realization for GenAI technology within accounts through hands-on delivery and technical advisory activities.

In Short

• Hands-on delivery of ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities to customers
• Providing technical advice on utilizing ServiceNow’s GenAI technologies
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams
• Lead GenAI enablement programs for the Customer Excellence organization
• Develop and deliver GenAI Impact Accelerators
• Stay updated with industry trends in GenAI
• Contribute to thought leadership documents and knowledge articles
• Creation of HealthScan Definitions for GenAI readiness
• Must be able to travel up to 50% annually

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other certifications desired
• 5+ years in a technology advisory role focusing on AI, ML, or Data Science
• Proven track record in driving business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong industry connections to drive business growth
• Customer-focused mindset
