Overview

The Principal Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing key internal and external initiatives to add significant value to customers and help the organization innovate.

  • 10+ years in high-tech/SaaS industry.
  • 5+ years in Customer Engagement roles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow products.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Thought leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • BS/BA degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Travel up to 50% required.
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required.
