Overview

The Principal Customer Success Executive is accountable for the strategic leadership and execution of post-sales activities within our most valuable accounts, driving long-term value and ensuring predictable renewals.

In Short

  • Drive post-sales transformation by aligning ServiceNow’s offerings to customer goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create integrated pre- and post-sales strategies.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Guide the Customer Success team to meet operational KPIs.
  • Build relationships with ServiceNow leaders and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Drive innovative solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Establish clear success metrics and regularly review progress with customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
  • BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years in management consulting or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale strategic accounts.
  • Strong experience in identifying and solving complex business problems.
  • History of working across multiple functions in large environments.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to adapt strategies in rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
