  • Prior experience with ServiceNow products.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Experience in the banking industry.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Critical thinking and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
