Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with a focus on pre-sales and customer engagement.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions.
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven leadership abilities in mentoring technical teams.
