Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated leader and team player to drive and support a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our Google Cloud business, focusing on enterprise customers in the Americas.

• Create a Google Cloud sales plan to drive growth.
• Build trust and relationships with customers and executives.
• Manage relationships between ServiceNow, Microsoft, and executive-level customers.
• Negotiate complex multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Grow the ServiceNow business on Google Cloud year over year.
• Develop a clear roadmap across teams to promote customer experience.
• Ensure alignment with Value Selling principles.
• Responsible for weekly pipeline reporting and updates.
• Work with marketing to plan events and drive customer engagement.
• Travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in large client management.
• 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role.
• Previous sales experience in IT Service Management and related fields.
• Ability to understand broad business and IT needs.
• Experience with AI integration in work processes.
