The GenAI Principal Technical Consultant will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform, acting as a functional and technical expert in integrations.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Good presentation and report-writing skills.
