ServiceNow is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, AMS Mid-Market Solution Consulting to join our leadership team. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the AMS Mid-Market SCs and the AMS Mid-Market SC leadership team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting.
• At least 3 years in leadership roles in the Mid-Market space.
• Deep understanding of Mid-Market customer challenges.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on driving results and meeting business goals.
• Experience in enterprise software and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
