Overview

As a Director in ServiceNow’s Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead high-performing engineering teams embedded with customers to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions, ensuring architectural integrity across the full stack.

Requirements

• 13+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in customer-facing or embedded roles.
• Proven ability in system architecture for AI-native software.
• Strength in backend (Python, Node.js, Java) and frontend (React, Angular).
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and frameworks.
• Experience in debugging and monitoring distributed systems.
• Fluency in DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
• Strong product sensibility for user value and MVP iteration.
• Ability to guide teams in high-stakes environments.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
