Overview

We are looking for a CRM Advisory Solution Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you’ll lead the creation and evolution of a cutting-edge Best Practice Proof of Concept (POC) Program centered on CRM and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Lead the creation of CRM best practice proof-of-concept environments.
• Develop and iterate multiple versions of the POC program.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and technical consultants.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution consulting.
• Expertise in the ServiceNow platform and CRM Workflow.
• Strong background in CRM architecture and integrations.
• Experience leading prototypes or innovation labs.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities preferred.
