Client Director - TMT - Southern California - Remote

Overview

The Client Director will lead relationship management for ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, driving new business and overseeing virtual teams to support esteemed clients.

Requirements

• Experience with AI in work processes
• 7+ years in client management
• 2+ years as a Client Director or similar role
• Experience in IT Service Management and software sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience leading virtual teams
• Ability to understand macro-level IT needs
• Willingness to travel
• Must live in California
