Overview

The AI Solution Manager will lead AI solution implementation programs, ensuring customers maximize value from ServiceNow AI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform and AI.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow workflows and architecture.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs independently.
  • Skilled in business relationship management and communication.
  • Effective facilitation and prioritization skills.
  • Hands-on experience in technical problem-solving.
  • Experience guiding customers through AI transformation.
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
