Advisory Solution Consultant - State and Local - Remote

Overview

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Core Business Services with a focus on our Public Sector, State and Local team. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

In Short

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements.
• Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Collaborative experience with product management and marketing.
• Territory management skills and pipeline building experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
