Overview

The Advisory Solution Consultant - CRM is a technical and business consultant within the Customer Workflow unit, responsible for developing and positioning industry and product-specific solutions during sales cycles.

In Short

• Support product sales as a technical expert in a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts.
• Provide feedback to product management for product roadmap influence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco is desirable.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or other enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management and marketing.
• Territory management skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
