In Short

• Strategic and operational leadership for the growth of a partner network in the craft and service sector.
• Develop a scalable acquisition playbook and build sustainable relationships in the industry.

• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve partner onboarding and customer journey.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
• Experience in acquiring partners for digital platforms or software solutions.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to implement strategies effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure success through KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for network building.
