We are currently focusing on the significant growth potential in this core market and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Berlin and help shape this critical growth phase.

• Ownership of Google Ads campaigns with a seven-figure annual budget.
• Analyze performance based on KPIs and identify scaling potentials.
• Develop strategies for hyper-local campaigns across Germany.
• Expand the Microsoft Ads account and evaluate additional channels.
• Create reports and analyses using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Contribute to cross-team projects and shape marketing strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
• Experience managing six- to seven-figure annual budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
• Highly structured and proactive in project management.
• Fluent in German and English.
