In Short

• You will manage and optimize marketing channels (Meta & Google Ads) with an ad spend of over €700,000 per month.
• Plan, implement, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Provide insights to the creative team and contribute ideas for new ads.
• Optimize marketing funnels to enhance performance.
• Continuously analyze and report on campaign performance based on relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, especially with Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel creation and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
• Creativity and a good sense for engaging advertising content.
• Self-responsible, structured, and goal-oriented, but also enjoys teamwork.
• Fluent in German and English.
