The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital acquisition and retention programs. This role is data-centric, with a strong emphasis on owning key marketing performance metrics, building robust reporting infrastructure, and driving scalable growth through rigorous testing and attribution modeling.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth analytics.
• Deep understanding of marketing KPIs.
• Experience in incrementality testing and attribution methodology.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency with Shopify and retention platforms.
• Strong analytical acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
