SMG is hiring a Sales Executive who will be accelerating the sales cycle, understanding the organizational landscape, decision criteria, risk associated with change while securing buy-in and alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Track record of closing $80k+ annual contract value deals.
  • Experience in customer and employee experience.
  • Expert-level presentation skills for C-level audiences.
  • Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
