Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Bulbshare, a tech scaleup focused on customer collaboration.

In Short

  • Manage existing client relationships and retention processes.
  • Work collaboratively with Community and Research Teams.
  • Drive client expansion revenues through strong relationships.
  • Manage new client pilot activities and set clear KPIs.
  • Support CCO and CEO with new business pitches.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Manage project teams to meet objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive team performance.

Requirements

  • Educated to at least degree level in marketing or business.
  • 5+ years in account management or customer success.
  • Experience with FMCG companies and brands.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of marketing and client issues.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to deliver value.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
