Senior Learning & Talent Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Learning & Talent Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives globally for Served with Honor’s 250 employees globally (mainly US and Philippines). This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of training programs focused on employee development, skills needs, manager enablement, onboarding related training and yearly compliance trainings.

In Short

• Manage and execute the company’s learning and development strategy.
• Manage the new hire onboarding training program.
• Design and curate a catalog of computer-based training modules.
• Act as a talent consultant with business leaders.
• Develop custom courses and content.
• Deliver live, facilitated virtual workshops.
• Operate and improve the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track, analyze, and report on training program effectiveness.
• Identify learning gaps and design development programs.
• Comfort communicating with and influencing senior leaders.

Requirements

• A passion for employee development through learning.
• Extensive knowledge of Learning and Development principles.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Track record of measurement and impact.
• Strong project management skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
