It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries.

In Short

  • Responsible for introducing and onboarding new merchants.
  • Own Serve’s relationship with top merchants.
  • Work closely with BD, Operations, and product teams.
  • Travel 25% of the time.
  • Develop and execute onboarding processes.
  • Guide merchants through setup and integration.
  • Provide training and support to merchants.
  • Manage relationships and monitor merchant satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage reporting to top merchants.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
