Overview

As a Partnership Manager at Serve Robotics, you will be responsible for introducing and onboarding new merchants in the areas that Serve expands to, while managing relationships with existing merchants.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a streamlined onboarding process for new merchants.
  • Guide merchants through the setup process for our robotic delivery system.
  • Provide training and support to help merchants utilize our platform.
  • Manage relationships with existing merchants as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor merchant satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
  • Manage reporting to our top merchants.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis tools.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in or passion for the food delivery or robotics industry.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
