In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to Sentra's platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Establish best practices for handling support tickets.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on customer issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Sentra's platform.
  • Contribute to the growth of the support function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for customer success.
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role.
