SentinelOne is seeking a Contract Sales Operations Analyst to join our team, focusing on optimizing sales order processes and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

In Short

• Review and analyze worldwide sales orders in SFDC.
• Ensure accurate processing and expediting of orders.
• Manage relationships with Sales, DealDesk, Finance, and Onboarding teams.
• Provide data support for customer and order information.
• Adhere to Accounting guidelines for order bookings.
• Conduct reporting and analytics for order management.
• Document and implement process improvement solutions.
• Perform month-end close tasks related to bookings.
• Support Sales teams through email queue management.
• Drive Sales Operations projects for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5+ years in Sales Operations.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Self-starter and team player in a dynamic setting.
• Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities.
