Overview

The Homecare and Specialty Respiratory Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team within their assigned Division by driving the achievement of sales, profit objectives and organizational goals. This includes hiring, developing, leading, and coaching a team, supporting the development of sales strategies, and partnering with operational business units. This Manager will be a dynamic leader who has successfully managed complex sales processes for Non-Acute care products in the Home/DME market and the hospital based medical device realm and also has experience with insurance reimbursement and processes within the home market.

In Short

  • Collaborates with the Director of Advanced Ventilation Solutions to establish sales targets and works to develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the annual sales objectives
  • Manages a team to achieve/exceed both quarterly and annual sales objectives and growth targets
  • Manages several products and/or product lines in both the Hospital and Home Markets
  • Collaborates with the Non-Acute Care team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs for focus products

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management within the homecare or medical device industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes
