Software Architect - Remote

Overview

The Software Architect will ensure technical excellence in the developed solutions, translating business needs into robust, scalable, and sustainable software architectures.

In Short

• Define and evolve software architecture standards.
• Hands-on construction of proof of concepts and validation of critical technical decisions.
• Support the team in designing and implementing microservices and integrations.
• Ensure application of best development practices.
• Review and guide architectural decisions.
• Support system decomposition and domain definition.
• Define integration patterns including messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Contribute to scalability and resilience strategies.
• Identify and address technical debts.
• Mentor the team to elevate software engineering maturity.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software architecture in distributed environments.
• Strong experience in development with Java or Node.js.
• Knowledge of architecture patterns (DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, etc.).
• Experience with microservices and event-driven systems.
• Experience with API design and governance.
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Deep knowledge in code quality practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work hands-on in complex technical scenarios.
