The Consulting Team Leader at Sensedia is responsible for ensuring project delivery by integrating stakeholders and the development team, defining metrics, proposing improvements, and removing potential impediments to guarantee quality and value for the client.

Requirements

• Experience in people management.
• Previous role as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Leader.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean).
• Technical background in IT.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Reside in Campinas, São Paulo, or Rio de Janeiro.
