Smartly is looking for a Technical Consulting Lead to elevate our Technical Consulting function in the Americas, driving innovation, customer success, and strategic alignment with our business objectives.

Requirements

• Comprehensive technical expertise in frontend, databases, and modern languages.
• Experience with AWS, Google Analytics, and marketing measurement solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record in driving customer-centric solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong strategic planning and operational improvement skills.
