Team Lead SAP ABAP Technical Consulting - Remote

Overview

As a Team Leader, you will take disciplinary responsibility for a 6-person SAP development team in Germany, supporting implementation projects and delivering high-quality support in Project Services.

In Short

• Lead a 6-person SAP development team.

• Plan and ensure SAP development support for existing customers.
• Contribute expert knowledge to SAP topics through technical consulting.
• Work on various SAP project types (greenfield, brownfield, roll-outs).
• Develop new concepts as part of a team at customer sites and remotely.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and internal processes.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Engage in team development and new technologies.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in SAP development with ABAP.
• Initial leadership and/or project management experience.
• Experience in support, managed services, and ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience in Fiori/UI5 development is ideal.
• Knowledge of other SAP technologies is a plus.
