Overview

We are seeking a part-time Benefits & HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources function at Sedron Technologies, ensuring employees have access to their benefits and administrative support.

In Short

• Part-time remote position based in the US.
• Responsible for day-to-day benefits administration and HR coordination.
• Assist employees with questions regarding benefits.
• Coordinate open enrollment processes and maintain timelines.
• Process qualifying life event changes and assist with benefit modifications.
• Administer employee leave programs and maintain accurate records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions.
• Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR support or benefits administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
