Overview

The Asahi Kasei Group is seeking a full-time Benefits Coordinator to join their Total Rewards team, focusing on benefits while having the potential to expand into other areas such as payroll and talent management.

  • Responsibilities include preparing invoices and monitoring benefits enrollment.
  • Perform audits related to health & welfare and retirement plans.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a benefits-related role.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be resourceful.
  • Domestic travel: 0-10%.
