• Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage the competitive bidding process for critical vendors, design-build and general contractors.
• Evaluate bids ensuring alignment with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and contractors.
• Administer contracts ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and manage change orders.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all contracts.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure performance meets standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract drafting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management and competitive bidding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
