Contract and Design Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contract & Design Manager will lead and coach a team of professionals in the CDS department to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage CDS department and team through coaching and evaluation.
• Schedule and coordinate annual CDS meetings and quarterly travel.
• Analyze profitability using bid tabulations and customer feedback.
• Train associates in negotiations with manufacturer's representatives.
• Maintain adequate staffing and prepare evaluations and reports.
• Direct payroll distribution and work schedule assignments.
• Provide detailed AutoCad drawings and equipment price quotations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and dependability.
• Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen.
• 8+ years of experience within the foodservice industry.
