Overview

As a Regional Account Manager at Securitas Technology, you will focus on new business development while managing and growing existing commercial accounts in the fire and security sector.

In Short

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through allocated accounts and new business.
  • Develop sales leads within a defined geographical territory.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and timely.
  • Conduct quarterly customer visits to assess security needs.
  • Provide sales and technical presentations to clients.
  • Perform site surveys to understand client security needs.
  • Manage CRM system and report on opportunity pipeline.
  • Present regular business plans to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Professional sales experience with commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Proven experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire systems.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
  • Five years’ experience in the fire and security industry.
  • Experience in using CRM software platforms.
  • Understanding of NSI and compliance standards.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-focused mindset.
