Overview

The People & Culture Systems Coordinator role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with HR systems and are passionate about enhancing employee experiences at Securitas.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day functionality of HR systems like Teamflect, LMS, and Peakon.
• Support user management and system-related queries.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits.
• Onboard new P&C colleagues to HR systems.
• Collect and organize employee feedback on HR systems.
• Develop strong functional knowledge of P&C systems.
• Assist with reporting on system usage and engagement.
• Work closely with senior P&C team members and IT LMS Administrator.
• Participate in structured mentorship and training.
• Contribute to the overall success of the P&C function.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Comfort with learning new software and technology.
• Basic experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience using HR systems like Teamflect, LMS, or Peakon is beneficial.
