Head of Quality - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a brand-new Head of Quality to join Securitas’ efforts of true business transformation. The Head of Quality will lead the strategic direction and execution of quality management across all Securitas UK operations.

In Short

• Develop and lead a quality strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee QMS implementation and compliance with ISO and NSI standards.
• Drive efficiency, process enhancements, and waste reduction.
• Ensure adherence to legal, industry, and corporate requirements.
• Lead internal and supplier audits, coordinating ISO and ACS reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership, clients, and auditors on quality initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks, reporting to governance bodies.
• Enhance employee quality competencies through tailored training.
• Introduce industry best practices and new solutions to improve quality.
• Uphold Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness while prioritising safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior quality management role, preferably at the executive level.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of optimising team performance and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrates ethical behaviour, openness, and honesty in all dealings.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
• IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
